2. Christmas Hummus Wreath

Prepare a bowl of hummus. Place gluten-free crackers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and olives around the bowl. Add rosemary sprigs throughout to make it look like a Christmas wreath. This serving tray is perfect for a hummus wreath appetizer.

3. Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese

Slice sweet potatoes into rounds. Rub with olive oil and roast until tender. Remove from the oven and let cool. Smooth goat cheese across the top and layer with chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
